Rod Ritchie is the South Jersey Branch Manager at Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Planner with over 25 years of practical experience in the design and management of commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial land development projects throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Included within his areas of expertise are site layout, grading, stormwater management design, water quality design, environmental impact analysis, land development feasibility studies, and permitting to acquire sanitary sewer extensions, water main extensions, DEP and NJDOT permits, wetland permits, soil erosion control plan/SWPPP certifications, and local/county approvals.  In his career, Mr. Ritchie has worked with industrial, residential, institutional, commercial and mixed-use developers on a variety of different projects.

Mr. Ritchie is dedicated to ensuring that clients are satisfied with the management of their projects by maintaining open communication and ensuring timeliness of project milestones. He approaches each project to tailor to his client’s needs and goals. Mr. Ritchie believes that it is important clients are informed about the land development process so that they make knowledgeable decisions. He also makes certain that his clients are aware of the regulatory process and risks associated with each step of the development project.

Mr. Ritchie earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees from Lehigh University.
