The Farm is a 135-acre Mixed-Use Development, located in Allen, Texas. Dynamic was involved in the design and approval process for the development, which will house 1.6 million SF of office space, 142,000 SF of retail, 150 room hotel and 60,000 SF of restaurant space. Additionally, the development will include 2,000 urban residential units and town-homes. The anticipated construction start date is slated for January of 2021.

Dynamic supported a 140 acre redevelopment consisting of assisted living, medical office and data centers totaling over 700,000 SF. Dynamic Engineering and Earth collaborated with the construction team to balance site grading while managing 250,000 yards of rock excavation as well as reuse of classified soils and topsoil. The site also required extensive coordination with NJDEP for permits associated with two stream crossings, stormwater management and buffering. Off-site Dynamic Traffic designed the phased improvements including road widening and new traffic signals on the surrounding local, County and NJDOT roads.
