Throughout his career, he has practiced geotechnical engineering in the North Eastern and South Eastern region of the United States including Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Delaware and Ohio.  Internationally he has experience in Mexico.  Mr. Granitzki has extensive experience ranging from Miami through the West Florida Peninsula. He is experienced in many aspects of geotechnical engineering, including the fields of stormwater management, on-site sewage treatment facilities, foundation support, ground improvement, pavement rehabilitation, hydrological studies, compressible soils, retaining walls, seawalls, bulkheads, and deep foundation design. His project type experience includes towers (such as high-rise and mid-rise buildings), hotels, universities, public and private schools, pedestrian bridges, golf courses, retail centers, waterfront, marina, mixed-use, historical structures, high-end residential, below-grade structures, landfills, industrial warehouse complex (including multi-story warehouses) and military. His experience extends beyond the initial design and planning stages of his projects by also managing construction phase inspections and materials testing, vibration monitoring, settlement monitoring and pre- and post-construction surveys.

Mr. Granitzki maintains a Professional Engineering license in the State of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Civil Engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and had previously served as an Adjunct Professor. In addition, he has assisted with preparing and presenting technical presentations at various professional conferences and seminars on the topic of value engineering deep foundation systems.
