Ms. Shovels is the Branch Manager of our Wilmington, NC office. She has over seven years of experience in the civil engineering and land development consulting field, leading complex commercial projects from due diligence through construction.

Ms. Shovels has led multidisciplinary teams on commercial land development projects, managing scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations from due diligence through construction. She coordinates site design and permitting to ensure regulatory compliance, serves as a primary client liaison for national developers, and oversees technical deliverables supporting site acquisition and development decisions. Ms. Shovels maintains a Professional Engineering license in the State of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
