Mr. Spurlock serves as a Principal of Dynamic Earth’s environmental consulting services division. Dynamic Earth is a specialized firm offering expertise in Geotechnical Engineering and Environmental Consulting Services.

Spencer Spurlock is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional with over 20 years of experience in site remediation including environmental site assessments, site evaluations, remedial design, remediation services, regulatory compliance, environmental funding, waste management, surveys, and environmental management.   Mr. Spurlock has applied his expertise to projects ranging from industrial and manufacturing companies, banks, engineering and environmental consulting firms, realtors, attorneys, major oil companies, national retail and restaurant chains, developers, emergency response contractors, residential consultation and environmental groups.  In addition, Mr. Spurlock has consulted with a variety of public entities including local municipalities, County Freeholders, and State Emergency response and management groups.
