Matthew Bersch serves as a Principal with Dynamic Engineering Consultants.  Since joining Dynamic in 2011 as a Design Engineer, Matthew has worked hard to build a client base by providing personalized and responsive service, helping to develop himself into a Principal at the firm.  Mr. Bersch has extensive experience in the civil engineering and land development consulting field, including the design and management of commercial, residential and industrial facilities throughout the northeast.  

Matthew takes pride in leading a Project Team starting from the site feasibility phase through the design, entitlement and construction phases of a project.  Matthew’s dedication to his craft allows him to provide a full range of consulting services to help his clients meet their goals.

Mr. Bersch maintains a Professional Engineering license in the State of New Jersey and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
