Mr. Sehnal joined the firm in 2011 as a Junior Design Engineer following his graduation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil engineering. Since then, he has successfully developed himself into a Principal at the firm. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Tennessee and North Carolina where he has provided practical experience in the design and management of commercial, residential, institutional and industrial land development.  

Included within his areas of expertise are site layout, grading, stormwater management design, water quality design, environmental impact analysis, land development feasibility studies, and permitting to acquire sanitary sewer extensions, water main extensions, DEP permits, wetland permits, soil erosion control plan/SWPPP certifications, and local/county approvals.  

Mr. Sehnal is dedicated to insuring that clients are satisfied with the management of their projects by maintaining open communication and ensuring timeliness of project milestones. He approaches each project to tailor to his client’s needs and goals. Mr. Sehnal believes that it is important clients are informed about the land development process so that they make knowledgeable decisions. He also makes certain that his clients are aware of the regulatory process and risks associated with each step of the development project.
