Ángel Piñero is a Principal with Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive practical experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and public/government land development. Included within his areas of expertise are site grading, earthwork, utility infrastructure, floodplain management, stormwater management/water quality design, construction management/inspection, water and sanitary sewer design, site planning, and permitting.

Exceptional attention to detail has allowed him to stay ahead of the regulatory processes to aggressively permit projects to maintain or accelerate client schedules.  His experience provides practical insight for preparation of a quality product while maintaining constructability and value engineering.

Mr. Piñero maintains a Professional Engineering license in the State of Florida.  He earned a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree from the University of Puerto Rico
