Ms. Plinio has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and design in residential, commercial, and industrial work throughout the Northeast, Florida, and Texas.  She maintains Professional Engineering license in New Jersey and participates in the American Society of Civil Engineers and Deep Foundation Institute.  Ms. Plinio has a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University.
