Kevin Hurley serves as the Branch Manager of Dynamic Earth, located in Annapolis, MD.  Since graduating from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) Kevin has specialized in geotechnical engineering and construction phase materials testing services, amassing ten years of experience in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas and meaningfully contributing to several of the area’s largest megaprojects.
