Cassandra Huggins is a Principal with Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC. and serves as the Branch Manager to the Houston Texas office. Ms. Huggins has over eight years of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial land development. Her civil site design experience extends throughout Texas. Included within her areas of expertise are site grading and earthwork, stormwater management, conceptual drawings, initial due diligence investigation, project management, and local/county approvals. 

Cassandra maintains a Professional Engineering license in the States of Texas and has experience working with multiple Texas counties and municipalities, including Harris, Montgomery, and Fort Bend Counties and major cities such as Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Plano, and Frisco. She earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
