license in Professional Engineering and a license in Professional Planning in
the State of New Jersey. He has gained 13 years of practical experience in
commercial, residential, and industrial land development in the State of New
Jersey. His experience spans the entire State in both geographic areas and
project scope. Included within his areas of expertise are site grading and
earthwork, stormwater management and water quality design, complex site layout
and planning, and NJDEP permitting inclusive of CAFRA, Stream Encroachment and

former co-Branch Manager of the headquarters office of Bohler Engineering PC in
Watchung, New Jersey. Prior experience includes project management, design and
construction responsibilities with the engineering consulting firms of Kupper
Associates, Soils Engineering Services Inc. and The RBA Group in New Jersey. Mr.
Jaworski has over 20 years experience in the civil and environmental engineering
field. His responsibilities over the years have included management of daily
